FIRST MEETING

We look forward to a potential client's first meeting and getting to know to them. We meet with a potential new client to understand their financial goals and introduce them to Guidant Wealth Advisors' services.

Requested information for this meeting generally includes the most recent:

  • payroll stubs
  • tax return
  • insurance policies
  • asset account statements including any
    financial accounts or bank statements
  • estate documents 
  • Social Security benefit statement (www.ssa.gov)
  • 401K plan details including plan description with investment options

Potential clients can bring copies or originals. If requested, we can copy original documents during the meeting.

SECOND MEETING

Now that we have met and understand each other more, we generally schedule a second meeting to further define how Guidant Wealth Advisors can be of service to a potential client in reaching their unique financial goals.

We approach financial planning in a holistic manner and will review and evaluate all of the information we gathered during the first meeting. We will then do an in-depth analysis and consider alternatives to develop specific recommendations. We'll share our findings with and assist, if the potential client agrees to become a client, in selecting the strategies that are most appropriate, and are tailored to specific needs.

NEXT STEPS

Once a client agrees to come on board, we implement their personalized strategy, acting as guardians of wealth as we manage and track every detail and make suitable adjustments as the financial landscape changes.

ANNUAL REVIEW

Generally, we hold an Annual Review meeting with our clients. At this meeting, we review the current situation so that we are aware of any changing needs as priorities and goals evolve. We may need at that time updated copies of:

  • payroll stubs
  • tax return
  • 401K plan details including plan description with investment options

This review process helps keep clients on the path towards financial security and lifelong success.
